COVID-19 has caused a dramatic shift in the way biotech and pharmaceutical companies do business. Up until now, many companies’ responses have been reactive in nature, now with the initial surge of cases behind us in most locals, leadership can start to be proactive in planning their response to COVID-19 and future outbreak situations.
